Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 1, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 3, 2017, counsel for the appellant Selpats of Florida, LLC, was granted leave to withdraw as counsel and by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 11, 2020, the appellant Selpats of Florida, LLC, was directed to advise the Court, in writing, of the name and address of its new attorney, on or before October 14, 2020. The appellant Selpats of Florida, LLC, has failed to advise the Court of the name and address of its new attorney.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal by the appellant Selpats of Florida, LLC, is dismissed as abandoned.
