Motion by Garland Hughes for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis seeking leave to file a late notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 12, 1986. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 11, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
