Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 27, 2017, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated November 12, 2020. Motion by the respondent for a stay pursuant to CPL 460.60 pending hearing and determination of an appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the appeal.
