DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal of order of Family Court, Saratoga County, dated June 8, 2020, and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that petitioner is required to exercise reasonable efforts to effectuate the goal of return of the children to respondent pending determination of the appeal, and it is further
ORDERED that all proceedings currently pending in Family Court, Saratoga County, to terminate respondent's parental rights are enjoined pending determination of the appeal.
