| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Sergey Khaitov for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Khaitov was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2003. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 20, 2008, Mr. Khaitov was disbarred based on his conviction of a felony, effective September 9, 2005. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2013, as amended June 5, 2013, Mr. Khaitov's first motion for reinstatement was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 16, 2015, Mr. Khaitov's second motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Sergey Khaitov's character and fitness to practice law.
