Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 6, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel, or, in the alternative, to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief,
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 11, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
