Appeal by Joseph Ogilvie from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered May 14, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated December 2, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "December 24, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "January 25, 2021."
