Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 22, 2020. Motion by nonparty Kehilas Bais Yisroel for leave to intervene as a respondent on the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay any transfer of interest in the subject property and to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
