Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 20, 2015. Application by Argentine Bruce, as administrator of the estate of Argentine Garcia, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Argentine Garcia, to amend the caption accordingly, and for leave to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the stipulation dated October 8, 2020, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Argentine Bruce, as administrator of the estate of Argentine Garcia, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Argentine Garcia, the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
