Appeal from a judgment Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered January 15, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 28, 2020, the appellant's counsel was granted leave to withdraw and no attorney appeared to prosecute the appeal on the appellant's behalf. By order to show cause dated November 2, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
