Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 10, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and all proceedings in a matter entitled Caccia v Molina, pending in the District Court, Suffolk County, Sixth District L & T Part, under Index No. L & T-000848-20/BR, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
