Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 17, 2020. Motion by the nonparty-appellants, inter alia, for an expedited briefing schedule, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and to appoint assigned counsel for Hugo R. A. O.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an expedited briefing schedule is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Maria H. X. C. and Hugo R. A. O. shall serve their respective briefs, if any, via email and regular mail, and upload digital copies of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before January 4, 2021, and shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the nonparty-appellants shall serve a reply brief, if any, via email and regular mail, and upload digital copies of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before January 6, 2021, and shall file an original and five hard copies of the the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be calendared for January 7, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to appoint assigned counsel for Hugo R. A. O. is denied as the nonparty-appellants do not have standing to request that relief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
