Appeal by Paul Kim Williams from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 30, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2020, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material on or before November 23, 2020. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2020.
