DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Yaseen S. from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 25, 2019. Motion by the appellant to be provided with the transcripts of certain proceedings. Application by the attorney for the child to direct the appellant's counsel to turn over her copy of the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on July 11, 2019, and to seal the transcript.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order on certification of this Court dated January 28, 2020, which granted poor person relief to the appellant, is amended to include a direction to the court reporter to make, certify and file two transcripts of the stenographic minutes of the proceedings which occurred in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, on December 19, 2018, January 28, 2019, February 14, 2019, February 25, 2019, May 2, 2019, June 7, 2019, June 25, 2019, and July 12, 2019, and in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, on July 31, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, if available; and it is further,

ORDERED that the stenographer(s) and/or the transcription service(s) is/are required promptly to make and certify two transcripts of the proceedings, if any, except for those minutes previously transcribed and certified (22 NYCRR 671.9); in the case of stenographers, both transcripts shall be filed with the clerk of the Civil Court, and the clerk of the Civil Court shall furnish one of such certified transcripts to the appellant's counsel, Anna Stern, 195 Plymouth St.-Suite 6/19, Brooklyn, NY 11201, 347-491-4935, without charge; in the case of transcription services, one transcript shall be filed with the clerk of the Civil Court and one transcript shall be delivered to the appellant's assigned counsel; assigned counsel is directed to turn over the transcript to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the child, when counsel serves the appellant's brief upon those parties; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for the relief sought; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of

Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County and upon the clerk of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County.
