DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 1, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and for assignment of new counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel and for assignment of new counsel is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 19, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
