| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered July 22, 2015. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief, and to be provided with a complete copy of the judgment roll.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 19, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
