| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 30, 2019. Application by Chicago Title Insurance Company and Regina M. Gambella to withdraw the cross appeal and to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against Chicago Title Insurance Company. Separate application by Regina M. Gambella pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal insofar as taken against Edward Dreskin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the stipulation of counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Regina M. Gambella, signed on February 3, 2020, and January 31, 2020, respectively, it is
ORDERED that the application to withdraw the cross appeal and to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against Chicago Title Insurance Company is granted, and the cross appeal and the appeal insofar as taken against Chicago Title Insurance Company are deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal by Regina M. Gambella insofar as taken against Edward Dreskin is granted, and on or before February 22, 2021, Regina M. Gambella shall serve the record or appendix and her brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and her brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Regina M. Gambella shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and her brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
