Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 12, 2020, and June 24, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondent Albert Craig to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Albert Craig to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until January 22, 2021, and the respondent Albert Craig shall file an original and five hard copies of his brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief via NYSCEF is extended until February 22, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court
