DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated August 14, 2019, two orders of the same court dated December 16, 2019, and September 30, 2020, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated November 24, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay execution of a certain warrant of arrest, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
