Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 28, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
