| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all dated October 3, 2019. Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to omit a certain CD from the appendix and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to omit the CD from the appendix is granted (see CPLR 5528[a][5]; 22 NYCRR 1250.7[d]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until January 27, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
