Appeals and cross appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 20, 2019, and an amended decision of the same court dated May 20, 2019, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2020, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision. Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue her opposition to that branch of the prior motion which was to dismiss the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
