It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion is granted to the extend of dismissing the appeal unless said appeal is perfected by the April 2021 Term, the filing deadline for which is February 10, 2021. No further extensions will be granted, this Court having been informed that the trial transcript has been settled by Civil Court. The papers submitted as a cross-motion, not having been timely served, were considered solely in opposition to the motion (see CPLR § 2215).
