On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated December 23, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning Frank J. Saitta's time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "March 1, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "January 25, 2021."
