Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered February 7, 2018.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties may submit supplemental briefs addressing the applicability of People v Hinshaw (35 NY3d 427 [2020]) to this appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant shall serve and file its supplemental brief, if any, within 30 days of the date of this order; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall serve and file its supplemental brief, if any, within 14 days after service of appellant's supplemental brief or, if appellant does not timely serve and file a supplemental brief, within 45 days of the date of this order.
