Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains , Westchester County, rendered February 21, 2018, to compel court reporter Jennifer Altieri to furnish transcripts of all proceedings from May 23, 2017 and July 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court reporter is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion. Appellant's attorney shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the court reporter within 10 days of the date of this decision and order on motion..
