DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 27, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated January 31, 2020, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court. Separate motion by appellants for an enlargement of time to serve and file reply papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to appellants' motion for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
