DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent for a preference in calendaring of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 17, 2019. Separate motion by respondent to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 15, 2019 and continued by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 21, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to vacate the stay is denied.
