Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2020. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order dated October 26, 2020 (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
