Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, one dated January 3, 2020, and two dated May 11, 2020. Motion by the respondents County of Nassau and County of Suffolk and separate motion by the respondent State of New York to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended, and on or before February 4, 2021, the respondents shall serve their respective briefs and upload a digital copy of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
