Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 15, 2019. Motion by the respondents ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. and Citibank, N.A., for leave to file a supplemental appendix and for an extension of time to file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental appendix is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 5528[b]); and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the respondents ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. and Citibank, N.A., to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before January 19, 2021, the respondents ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. and Citibank, N.A., shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of a brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of a brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
