ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated December 14, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "January 11, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "January 21, 2021."
