DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Ivan Gordon, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 27, 2020, and to change his parental access with the parties' child. Separate motion by Ivan Gordon, inter alia, to retitle the papers filed by the respondent, to strike the papers filed by the attorney for the child, and for leave to file a reply, in connection with the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal, to retitle the papers filed by the respondent, to strike the papers filed by the attorney for the child, and for leave to file a reply, in connection with the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
