Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered March 5, 2018, and a resentence of the same court imposed June 28, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, the appellant is granted leave to prosecute the appeal from the resentence as a poor person, Joseph A. Hanshe, 116 Greene Avenue, Sayville, NY 11782, counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal from the judgment by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 24, 2018, is also assigned to prosecute the appeal from the resentence, and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment are also deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the resentence.
