DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 22, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for an award of costs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
