| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 26, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 part 3. Motion by the appellant pro se to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2019, reinstate the appeal, for poor person relief, and for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2019, and to reinstate the appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
