| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2020. Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, to continue the remand of the subject child Chase P. to it and the remand of the subject child Kaiden G. to the nonrespondent Kevin G., and to direct that the respondents-respondents have supervised visitation with the subject children Chase P. and Kaiden G. in accordance with the orders in effect at the time the order dated December 3, 2020, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject child Chase P. to the petitioner-appellant and the remand of the subject child Kaiden G. to the nonrespondent Kevin G. is continued, and the respondents-respondents shall have supervised visitation in accordance with the orders in effect at the time the order dated December 3, 2020, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
