Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2017. Application by Mary Washington, as administrator of the estate of Daniel Washington, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Daniel Washington, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Mary Washington, as administrator of the estate of Daniel Washington, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Daniel Washington, and the caption is amended accordingly.
