| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal by Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, and separate appeal by Church of St. Bernard, from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (CVA-R Part), dated August 20, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Church of St. Bernard on the ground that Church of St. Bernard is not aggrieved by the order dated August 20, 2020 (see CPLR 5511), as Church of St. Bernard is not listed in the caption or the text of the order, by filing, via NYSCEF, an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before February 1, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee shall upload a copy of this order to show cause to the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System.
