Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 23, 2020. Joint application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeals and their briefs via NYSCEF is extended until March 3, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and their briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
