Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2020. Motion by Nastics Next Generation, Inc., and Nastics, Inc., to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that they are the appellants on the appeal and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Nastics Next Generation, Inc. and Nastics, Inc., are the appellants on the appeal (see CPLR 2001), the appellants' time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until February 10, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
