DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 2, 2019, and a judgment of the same court dated September 30, 2020. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate the appeals, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, on or before February 16, 2020, the parties shall submit covers for the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-08290 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00635 and upload digital copies of the record and briefs, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before February 16, 2020, the appellant shall serve a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, as well as the reply brief, and upload digital copies of the supplemental record, as well as the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record, as well as the reply brief, in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
