| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 15, 2019. Motion by the appellant to be provided with the transcripts of proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of proceedings under Rockland County Indictment Nos. 2018-00403 and 2018-00406.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with the transcripts of proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifing the dates of the proceedings sought to be provided; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of proceedings under Rockland County Indictment Nos. 2018-00403 and 2018-00406 is denied.
