Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 23, 2020, and an order of the same court entered March 19, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order entered March 19, 2020. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until February 16, 2021, and the respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
