Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 17, 2020. By scheduling order of this Court dated November 13, 2020, the respondent-appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until December 14, 2020. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
