DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Dina Ellen Epstein, the court-appointed inventory attorney with respect to the above-entitled matter, for authorization to arrange for the destruction of any unclaimed files, and to be discharged as inventory attorney. Mr. Morelli was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 17, 1982, under the name Steven Anthony Morelli. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 23, 2017, Mr. Morelli was disbarred, effective April 17, 2017, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, based upon his conviction of a felony. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2018, Cynthia A. Holfester was appointed as the inventory attorney with respect to the above-entitled matter. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 3, 2018, Ms. Holfester was relieved as inventory attorney and Ms. Epstein was appointed as successor inventory attorney.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Dina Ellen Epstein is directed to deliver all banking and bookkeeping records in her possession as inventory attorney in the above-entitled matter, and the client file in her possession relating to Mr. Morelli's deceased client, along with a list of all files inventoried, to the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,

ORDERED that Dina Ellen Epstein is authorized to arrange for the destruction of any unclaimed files, including the contents of the Redweld file marked "Misc from Desk," and those files that Robert P. Guido, former Executive Director for Attorney Matters designated to be destroyed, under the guidance of Muriel L. Gennosa, Executive Director for Attorney Matters; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon the completion of the foregoing, Dina Ellen Epstein is discharged as inventory attorney in the above-entitled matter.
