ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2017, and May 1, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 27, 2020. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2020, the appellants were directed to submit corrected covers for the copies of the record, the appellants' brief, and the appellants' reply brief filed with the Clerk of the Court in connection with the appeals from the orders that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-05310 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2017-07547 and 2017-07559 and reflect the caption set forth above, and upload digital copies of the record, the appellants' brief, and the appellants' reply brief that contain the corrected covers, on or before October 5, 2020. The appellants have failed to submit the corrected covers or upload digital copies of the corrected record, the appellants' brief, and the appellants' reply brief.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2020, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before February 16, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by regular mail.
