DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 11, 2019. Motion by Law Office of Michael B. Wolk, PC, inter alia, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellants, and to extend the appellants' time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted and on or before February 10, 2021, Law Office of Michael B. Wolk, PC, shall serve its clients by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service via NYSCEF; and it s further,

ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the appellants, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon them of a copy of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that branch of the motion which is to extend the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 19, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
