Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is granted, without costs, and the dismissal of the appeal in case No. 530348 is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals in case Nos. 530348 and 531551 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to February 16, 2021.
