DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 16, 2018, April 15, 2019, and August 20, 2019, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 24, 2019. By order to show cause dated November 18, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2020, and September 16, 2020.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
